- Check your ASCP Profile
- Confirm the following information:
- BCGP Pharmacists: To ensure successful transfer of BCGP credit, your ASCP profile must be updated with your correct BCGP Credential Number and BPS-IND# prior to course completion. *Please note, any edit/updates made to your BCGP credential information in your ASCP profile after course completion requires a re-push, please submit your completed transcript to education@ascp.com for a manual upload.
- CPE & BCGP Credit: You must complete the assessment and evaluation by the expiration date to receive credit. You have three attempts to achieve a 75% or higher on the 8-question exam. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. The participant is responsible for providing their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website.
- Courses will be available starting March 19, 2025
- Log into your ASCP Learning Center
- Click on "My Learning", then click the "Active" tab to find the title "2025 Geriatric Pharmacist Boot Camp "
- Post-Tests
- All attendees are required to take an exam for each activity and will have three attempts to earn 75%
- Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit
- To receive CPE credit, participants must participate in person or in the live streaming option in its entirety, complete the exams with a grade of 75% or better, and submit evaluations on the ASCP Learning Center within 45 days of the activity
- All content must be completed by May 4, 2025 at 11:59pm ET
- It is the pharmacist’s responsibility to ensure that the course has posted to CPE Monitor within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion
